"Quotas" in ****ing police work is one of the most backwards ass things in the entire universe. They WANT people to be breaking the law

Sounds like bull**** to me but that's just what I heard. Last time I got pulled over I had no licence or anything plus I was buzzed and they just let me go with a warning lol. I love being white.
