Alright explain it to me like I'm a mental defective who might burn the house down. How do you heat up a tortilla on the stove so the cheese melts but the tortilla doesn't burn?

You can heat a tortilla alone by laying very briefly on the naked flame of a gas cooker. For a tortilla with cheese, you'll need an intervening bit of metal to spread the heat: a frying pan with no oil will do the trick.

We used the only light bulb in the cell which was on the ceiling in prison. Try that.

prepare your tortilla 30min or more before though

You want the tortilla to pickle in the olive oil and spices beforehand
