Feel better, Mindy. I find that ginger tea that you can prepare yourself works really well also. Boil water and add a few pieces of peeled ginger in a cup, steep for about 8-10 minutes before drinking. Repeat a few times a day.

Sucking cold water up my nose has worked great https://boxden.com/smilies/Qh2Vxfi.gif

And I do appreciate the advice yall are giving as grindy suggested about the spray. That has menthol in it and that'll probably help too.

I've actually never used or even seen one with Menthol in it.

A positive update I'm pleased to share - Today I took IBM's MyInnerGenius Assessment test. I blew away the numbers in every category. IBM successfully matched me with a career in Network Engineering which was my goal to qualify for the apprenticeship I was hoping for.

I'm officially in the apprenticeship now. If I can make it through the training and placement, salaries are estimated at double my prior income.

I'm taking care of paperwork for grants while I do the unpaid portion of the training.

I just hope I can handle it and that they'll let me work remotely when the training is competed. But this is a BIG first step!
