i got to see DJR last night! i knew it was going to be loud but it was borderline insanity.

Mascis is still an insane guitarist but his brain has to be turned to mush by now. the dude would sing half a phrase from a verse and stop mid sentence. and he looks old as balls. Murph & Barlow were tight though.

So today some scraggly 20-something year old chick knocks at my door trying to sell a single bottle of cleaning agent. I tell her no. She walks away and tries to look in my car, then walks down the road.

She didn't have a vehicle.
She's probably going to tell her buddies to come break into my car and steal my stereo and GPS. So I guess I'll be sitting on the porch all night with a shotgun.

So far today, I've dissected a pig's heart! Exciting! Afterwards, I went out to lunch with the lab partners, and we were having decent conversation for a couple of college girls with topics ranging from marijuana to acupuncture. Some old hag sitting right behind me, after she's done eating, interupts our conversation to tell us that talking about needles and back problems wasn't appropiate for lunch conversation. I was so angry, but I said nothing. I don't think I've ever wanted to punch an old lady so much.
