I slept all day. When I got up, I had a meal, and then got back to bad and listened to the music on my PC. It was saturday (yesterday).

Well today I had to endure an hour long phone conversation with my mother, god I can't stand that woman. It was fun being criticized on every aspect of my life, from my choice in boyfriend and flatmates to the length of my hair. It made it worse that she was calling from the UK which meant the insults were delayed and unco.

I lol'd.

My hair length is actually the only topic between my mum and I. It's entertainment at it best!

spent the day all the way out in bumblefuck Norristown for a design project that required me to go to Norristown Farm Park to research the whole site. nothing against the area, it's a very lovely part of PA, but it was just basically very complicated to actually get there and pretty much out in the middle of nowhere. took my parents with me because they were better at going down the highways and figuring out routes.

long story short, we got lost for two hours on the way there, lost for almost two hours in the park trying to find the main entrance, and got lost for an hour trying to get back home.

what sucked as well was once we got to the main entrance we had to go all the way around the park to get to our car, and mind you this park is MASSIVE, so that was about another hour. walking along the side of the road in such a wealthy part of the state probably made people think we were a migrant family, hehe.

but yeah, what sucks as well is that i have to go back there on Wednesday because my teacher thought it would be splendid to hold class there :(

sorry, just wanted to vent.

Pretty good day off, only marred by one stupid thing... BEES!

They've made a hive in the eave just above our apartment, and apprently they like coming into our place via the air conditioning vents... I think I killed at least thirty of the little buggers with a fly swatter this morning...

Then one stung my two year old daughter, which thoroughly pissed me off... so I called the maintenance guy who was pissed I requested help with this problem... arrrgghhh!

So I bought duck tape and taped the AC vents closed... it will keep them out long enough until the jerk of a maintenance guy comes around...

I just really hate bees today...
