It's a trend that I don't think I can control.

I felt like that earlier this year, around April, just before a fairly major depressive episode involving at least one panic attack. I simply got overwhelmed and something had to give... I'd just keep an eye on yourself there... you may well not be feeling anything like me, but it's always good to reflect and monitor one's mental health as much as the physical aspect of things...

My doctor hooked me up with depression meds and now, six months later I honestly feel like a 20 something aside from the weaker muscles and greater amounts of gray....lol!

No.

So far, I got him a squirrel to devour, so he's turned his hunting instinct on. Now he hunts lizards, bugs, and other scurrying creatures.
But that's his nature.
He's really adapted to being around people, but he's still a kitten. Only about 3 months old. It's a learning process for him. His previous home was in the city. I brought him to the country and his domain has extended. I'm waiting to see how he handles it, how he controls it, before I realize his tendencies.

I think his name should be based on his tendencies.
I'm not going to name him John.

Oh I'm not depressed.
Meds aren't really the answer for me. I don't have a problem with how I feel about people. I'm at peace with it. I feel natural. I don't want a drug to change that.
The only downfall is that I have to lie to people.
I really don't like presenting to people something I'm not.
But it's part of the process.
I'm used to it.

BTW, I have a bad history of depression and panic attacoks so I just considered I might be completely different to your case...lol...

This was the first time I ever did anything about it though and I am glad I did. I've never looked back.
