Really, so then why are you making it and the midwest the same place?

Anyway, I love the west, but that hardly means the east "pales in comparison in just about every way". It's apples and oranges.

Why can't we compare two different topographies and say which one we prefer? One thing's for sure, I don't go to Pennsylvania to take in the beautiful vistas.

Just noticed this. I didn't, that's why I put a slash between them. I just consider those two areas bottom of the totem pole.

If I had health insurance, it would be nice.

I don't, so if it's cancer, I'm probably going to die. Wondrous.

I've also noticed weirdness when breathing that sounds kind of like a seal at random intervals.

The way I figure it, though, is if I'm 24 and dying, at least I've got to do some fun and entertaining stuff in my life...at least it's not all been a waste.

I kind of wish, though, that I had some manner of religion...so that even if the worst case scenario is what's going on, I'd be totally content with it.

I mean, the way I figure it, I'm just going to die, and that's that.

I'd really liked to have achieved my dream of becoming a professional wrestler beforehand, though.

My life's dream is to defeat Chris Jericho in a ladder match for the World Heavyweight Championship - and even if I'm going to live, that's likely not going to happen - but it still sucks balls.
it doesn't sound like lung cancer

check under your fingernails - do you have excessive quick?

if you're wheezing, it might be COPD

what's the density and color of your phlegm?

I'd be more concerned it was pancreatic cancer to be honest. It's consistent with the location of your pain, don't know about the popping and stuff though.
