My gender notwithstanding, I was asked by my best friend to be his "best man" at his wedding in August. I certainly accepted graciously.

The only issue is I'm already freaking out over my "best man" toast for the event.

I wouldn't freak out over that, it's not very hard. When I was about twelve my uncle had me be his best man at his wedding in Las Vegas and I accepted. My dad was the one who took him on his bachelor party and I stayed at home for that part, but I did do a good speech. I just remembered to be honest in my speech and that's what worked. Then again, it also depends on your audience. Do you know who's going to be there?

Yeah, a bunch of friends, her friends, his family (who I know well) and her family (who I've never met.) I intend to be sincere, but I don't want to end up like the worst speech I've ever done...

Basically, we had to do a speech honoring someone important in our life, and I chose my dad...and he decided to go into work and work overtime that day. I mean, I'd not told him the speech was about him. So I just did this awkward bumbling speech although I had a good speech I'd planned on for weeks, ended up crying in front of EVERYONE, and never wanted to do a speech for a specific person ever again.

Maybe you could take something from here that would be helpful. Check out the "Public Speaking Articles".

Gave my iPhone a spring...ish clean and freed up about 2-3 GB of memory plus added a load of apps and finally found MB on Tapatalk so i can do mote inc upload pics from my phone.

Also learnt a few more little bits n pieces about IOS such as the fact when you play a song on iTunes Match and it seems to DL it in actual fact is only DL A CACHE which erases itself in due course. At least I think that's what happenes.
Now I've got to back it up to iCloud then erase it and have fun watching it set itself back u as if by magic when I restore it from iCloud inc. all settings n ****.

Really sorry about doing that to you last night, liver. I'll give you a break for the next couple of days for your hard work.

It's been really slow on weekends pretty consistently for as long as I've been a member.

Yeah... nobody is at the office, ergo they're not wasting away their shift on MB instead of doing what they're being paid to do.
