It would've been awesome if you came into my friend's house after he moved.

I've been doing this job for three years. I'm desensitized.

I've been playing metal much longer than I've been producing electronic music. I actually started producing electronic music after a bit of a falling out with metal / starting university. I had to sell all of my guitars and amps to pay for university and that kind of forced me out of rock music, digging into the electronic scene was kind of how I coped with not having a guitar to write with. That being said I'm not at all trying to discredit my electronic projects, they were 100% passion projects and I like most of that music a lot more than the metal I've written, it was certainly more honest writing, but still, I do enjoy playing in a band much more than producing these days (not to mention my production laptop completely fried a while ago so I haven't put out any new electronic material since last year). Thanks for listening, though, for sure, you're one of maybe 15 people that have dug into my electronic stuff.

Could have been worse.

Not really.

My aunt asked me to DJ on our half-hour drive earlier today, so I put my iPod on shuffle. First three songs that came up were "Lola", "Only the Good Die Young", and "Hi, Hi, Hi".

That was an awkward ride.

Had my first ball practice tonight, and got a chance to try out my new bat. It's really nice
