Damn dude. Sorry I was a bit of a prick. Hope you get better soon. Have you tried just drinking tea or water or something? I know that always helps me when I'm feeling really sick.

Don't know. Woke up feeling fine and then about an hour later it just came out of nowhere and has been happening about every hour or so. Will go to the docs tomorrow if I'm not better. I must be so dehydrated. Keep forgetting to pick up some pediolite for times like this.

Just glad I can feel it coming on and have time to guzzle a large glass of cold water or milk right before so I'm not dry heaving as much as this morning.

Weird part is other than feeling beat to crap I actually feel good. Until the next round comes on. Then I heave and immediately feel good again.

Well again, hope it ends up being just a common flu. Ive been lucky to not get sick for the past couple years now. I've had maybe one day or so where I feel really sick, but usually only lasts a day.

I saw a TedTalk and I usually don’t like ted talks but this one was about how it’s much easier to think bad thoughts than positive thoughts. The person giving the talk recommended thinking of 4 positive things about your day to retrain your mind not to be so negative. So I’m trying to do that here.

1) I made a financial move that saved me $600 I thought I lost (long personal story)

2) I visited with some loved-ones that made me happy.

3) I got a job interview set up for a job I really need.

4) I bought a lot of non-perishable food in case like it comes down to that. It’s like 2 months food. Not especially enjoyable eating but not hungry. It’s a strange thing to enjoy but I enjoyed it.

I had a good day.
