Yup. People suck.
Unrelated: Yesterday, I went to turn my vehicle on and there was a message saying my parking brake needed to be serviced and it shut off immediately. So, I set it, then released it and started it up. Then, another message saying my transmission was needing to be serviced came on and this triggered the engine light to come on. So, now I'm all ****ed up but I need to get to putting leagues, so I just say **** it and drive home with the engine light on to pick up my PA. I get home, do my usual routine and check the mail. In the mail was card informing me that my vehicle has a recall and needs to be serviced. Guess what needs to be serviced... the ****ing transmission. So, I call and make an appointment and I'm a little more calm about the whole thing and get in my vehicle to head to the venue. No light. Nothing. No messages. Nada. lol I'm like 2 years away from paying this thing off and I don't want another car payment, but I'll dump this ****ing thing in a hot second if one more thing goes wrong with it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oaEM4JYFPfw

If you bought a batch of lotto tickets for a group and it turned out there was a winner would you split it honestly or just be like I won bitches?
I don’t trust anyone to share their winnings in those big pot things. I mean all that money goes into YOUR account and then you’re supposed to shave off everybody’s share... puhleeze And if someone I knew bought the ticket with my money and it won I’d be on their ass not trusting them one iota not letting them out of sight camping out on their lawn and they’d resent it so bad How can that **** work with people being the pieces of **** that we are?

Newport is a rich area. I lived in Pawtucket. More run down/post industrial type of area north of Providence. It was alright though. My friend still lives up there and grows weed. Apparently it's decriminalized now. Think he has a permit or whatever to grow it medicinally.

tons of guys in the program play scratch offs and slot machines once they get out. From one addiction to another.
My coworker won like 2 grand on one of those ghetto corner store slot machines. More often they sink their money into it though. I don't have the gambling bug but if I did I wouldn't go for scratch offs and slots. The odds on this things are crap. |
