I honestly don't know how people work stressful jobs without smoking. Caffeine and nicotine is all that gets me through the day. Used to be that + triple C's or sometimes microdosing LSD.

Speaking of jobs.. the supervisor I was speaking of isn't even a real boss. He's just my machine operator. And he's a ****ing retard redneck. He thinks he's going to win the world championship of making boxes. He one of those people who achieve the slightest bit of power and make it into their identity. Cause they're stuck where they're at and that's that.

Those types are worse than the actual bosses. People higher up the chain are mostly interested in productivity. They can be dicks in trying to get the productivity but to a certain extent they can be reasoned with because all they actually care about is results.

This guy doesn't care about results. He seems just to care about bragging about how fast he can run the machine. Maybe he gets a bonus for it or something. Either way he keeps running the **** too fast and making a big mess that we all have to spend time cleaning up and correcting so we're not even getting done any sooner... Just makes it more of a hassle

Yesterday there was one part of the machine that kept getting jammed up and I would stop the machine and bring it to his attention and he would just be like pull it off and start back up. So I'm throwing boxes on the floor all over the place till there's like a mass grave of boxes in a giant pile cause this happens like 3 or 4 times and then each time he's like "what are you doing?!" acting like it's somehow my fault.

Eventually it occurred to me that one of the belts was going slower than the other which was causing the **** ups. Finally I say to him after the 3rd or 4th time "look, I keep trying to tell you it's ****ing up at this one spot and it's just going to keep happening." And he's like "there's nothing I can do about that" and I'm like "speed the 2nd belt up a little. You're the operator." So he did and it fixed the problem and then we spent like an extra hour sorting through the boxes on the floor. Fat ****in moron. I'm about this close to catching my first assault charge tbh.

I dunno what kinda rehabs Plankton went to but the program I was in felt more like jail than rehab. You don't pay for it. You work for free while you're a student. That's 9 months. Then you can get on contract and work for **** wages.

It's ghetto af. Half the people in there are on papers. Either trying to get a charge dropped or on parole. There's not a lot of deep introspection. And dudes will try you. You can let it slide to an extent before people see you as a bitch. So I don't wanna hear about how name calling is bad. You have to stand your ground.

Not always, but usually, women make for much worse coworkers and supervisors than men. Black women have some sense of empathy though.
