Self harming

What do you guys think about self harming? Cutting,burning, ect ect. I mean stuff you do to HURT yourself. Not tattoos or peircings.

People have their ways of dealing with their own feelings, and self harm is one of them. It can be thrown into the same league as smoking / drinking heavily / etc.
