I'm a little over 6 foot and typically weigh 135, just about 30 pounds under weight for my height...I basically get chew out every year by my GP for not gaining weight

I run or cycle daily
I smoke just under a pack a day
I'm a fairly strict vegetarian
I have no large intestine

im pretty skinny but it really hard to lose this belly fat I run like 13 miles a week and do like a zillion crunches but **** it takes time like years ....... but my diet on my off days is kinda lacking tho

You can't spot fat reduce. All you can do is keep losing fat and your body decides where it comes off.

oh I know that but I still want to work on my abs even though they will be under that layer of fat until I lose the weight overall.
