I was trying to differentiate between movies that are intentionally bad and low budget movies that suck but are at least trying to make something creative (strays was fine). I dont want to watch a movie where it seems like someone is trying to make it awful.

I loved Toxic Avenger but I understand what you're getting at. To me the movie felt way too good to be ****. I'd agree with DWV and say that we should pick something unintentionally ****ty.

I definitely think that should be the standard goal, but Troma movies are too iconic and great to leave out.

Soo then something like Earth Girls Are Easy, right, yes?? (I downloaded it and will be uploading it to the youtube sometime later this week; would anyone want to watch it for movie night before it gets taken down?)

Sure, but just know that Youtube has algorithms that can automatically detect copyrighted materials. I did a couple Doom videos where I played music, and the sound got muted as soon as I uploaded cause of it. I got around it by talking a bit before playing any music, cause I guess the algorithms can't recognize that, which is why you see videos of full movies uploaded that are altered in some way.

Just keep this posted if this is actually happening or not because I'll be spending most of the day working on my album release later today. Just wanna know if there's a certain time I should try to have it done by.

I figured as much. :c I'll try to alter it somehow. (I wish Dubtrack let you upload from Vimeo instead of youtube.)

YOu could give it a shot once and see how it goes. No one wants to watch altered movies if they can help it, and Earth Girls Are Easy is old and niche enough to possibly get through the cracks.
