"under". A tale of a lost cause

So, I posted this in the spam thread, but I feel these gems deserve their own thread. I'm going to be keeping this thread updated with some of the best posts from my old account, "under". I sent them to a few people in plug and we were all having a good time. I'm posting this solely for the fact that we can all laugh at my expense.

Before you ask, the reason the account is banned is because I forgot the password, and when I made this account, I asked Burning Down to ban that one.

But, it's time to resurface the good ol' days.

First off I would like to thank all the administrators and moderators who have made this website.

Now, when I was like 5 or 6 years old I had stumbled onto something that I couldn't believe, it was "Rock music." I could hardly believe how good it sounded when I put the headphones up to my ears.

Once I started growing about 2 years I watched a music video and I noticed it was the same kind of rock music that I was into but there was only one problem, I saw that everybody had long hair (preferrably down to their necks), so I thought, "Hey maybe I should grow my hair out like those guys."

It took me a couple years but here's a small scale on how well I have progressed in growing my hair out.

8 years old- over my ears.
9 years old- still a little bit over my ears.
10 11 and 12 - almost reached my neck.
13 years old- finally down to my neck.

I thought about it when I turned fourteen and I thought of making my own band and guess what...I did.

Than I found out that bands need the right equipment which brought me upto another problem, the money issue. I thought about it and I said heck with it maybe I should spend all the money I have on instruments and equipment for my band.

Than I started to think about what my life will be like in another 20-25 years.

Than I broke up with my band and we have not talked since the break up (due to money problems)

Than now I figured that maybe I should just be an alone rocker because I have a very strange taste in rock music so I just thought about just being my own self.

Here is the best part,
I finally save up enough money to get my band back together but than I see a drumset in the window of a mall. I thought "Hmmm maybe I should buy it I mean I have the money but..."

Than of course I bought it.

Ever since I became a rocker, rock music has been mostly my life and I don't know what I would do without it.

Rock music changed my whole life.

Any comments on my experience would be highly appreciated because I would love to hear what you guys think about my experience.

Best thread of 2016, I can feel it.

These two threads are hilarious for the reason that I decided to say I was leaving the forum. I left for a week or so, then came back and demanded they make me a mod.

Everybody, I am deciding to leave Musicbanter. Some of you will probably feel good about me leaving but than some of you won't.

There are tons of reasons why I want to leave which is why I am not gonna say any of them.

When I have been here for a while, when I was down or being picked on there was always one person who always helped me. His name is Bungalowbill357. He was one of my best friends on MB.

Goodbye everyone.

Hey all those Mods out there, I was wondering if you could make me a Mod on this website. I would be really good. Do you think you could make me one???

Of course, on top of making some of the best threads this site had ever seen, I also took up poetry in my early years of life.

i feel like i've been used too many times.
supposing that was your plan all along.
i dont understand why you hate me so much.
i never did anything to you.
i never hurt you.
so why is hatred the main emotion for you.

i always cry when you're here.
because i know if i say one thing
ill get yelled at even though its something of none of your concern.

you make it so hard for me to smile.
even when the best things in life are following me.
why must you make me suffer so much.

its just for your entertainment that i hate myself.
im not going to keep feeling that way.
but right now you're making it hard.

you just dont want to see me happy.
only because among you face.
i can see that you were never happy.
you're trying to make a dark past out of me.
to hide the past that you were withered into.

its not my fault.
so dont carry it on me.

basically just two words i'd like to say.

****.
you.

i feel like it feels when a cold hand is put onto a warm body.
my blood turns blue and my veins go red.
i feel like its something that brings joy.
but its something i dont want to have happen to me.

i only have this feeling because of you.
and the depression and angst that you laid upon me,
has made my future a living hell.
and i dont care what you say.
but apparently my feelings tend to take action toward your words.

i have just a simple question.
why are you the way you are?
why cant you just be accepting and care what i feel like.
you just lay all that anger onto me like im a piece of paper sucking up water.
you think it doesn't do anything to me.
it does.

this life is one i wish to just start over.
not the friends i've recieved,
but the feelings i've had to be put through.
i wish i could just delete that out of my mind.
and make my way out of this dark place i've been put into.

i only wish...

You've fallen with angst

i look up into the ceiling and sky.
and i see you.
why must i look at you in my most horrific state.
it seems that the only times i am down.
you take advantage and make me feel worse.

you dont understand what i go through.
but you more likely understand what im put through.
as though you are the one putting me through it.

once i've reached the state where im completely invulnmerable.
you attack and you don't stop until i end it myself.
which of course leads to me destroying myself.
but im not letting that happen to me.

no matter what you do
you wont lead me to that.
ill have to live with you and be put through the madness.
but i will never lead myself to something i could never climb back out of...

What's better than making my own review? Ripping off someone elses review on another site and claiming it's mine, then saying that I shouldnt feel the need to write my own.

Thrice - The Alchemy Index, Vol. 1 & 2: Fire and Water

REVIEW:
For me, I personally love this new album because it has a lot of meaning and the music that is available on this album is both soothing and emotional in ways. I really love listening when im either in an emotional state or if im trying to level down on something.
I see that the lyrics for all these songs are very well thought and i love what thrice has put into it. I realize that they put hard work and companionship into the album. I really enjoy it.
i give it a 4/5. with there song "digital sea" its such an amazing song and it has so much meaning and it sounds even better done acoustically and when seen live.

ill always be listening to thrice and i can't wait to hear more music.

1. Digital Sea
2. Open Water
3. Lost Continent
4. Night Diving
5. The Whaler

A little bit of backstory. I never had 2500 dollars saved up. And I didn't even know how to play guitar, even though I claimed to have been able to play guitar.

This could even work in today's age of MB. Of course, I didn't feel the need to explain it at all.
