This whole incident has always haunted me, ever since I first learned about it:


(I actually don't recommend watching it as it's incredibly heartbreaking; these sweet teenage kids were essentially abandoned and left to die)

And this one is just strange-- these two seemingly indestructible twins throw themselves in front of cars repeatedly and just kind of bounce off of them until police strap them down:

I love watching people just try and rack as much weight as possible without actually doing the damn exercise. It's the best with squats where you see someone with 3 plates on each side and only squatting down an inch or two.

Doing it with squats is the dumbest thing ever.

At least with bench you can 'roll of shame' your way out of it.

I love that video. First time I saw it. I yelled out stop skipping leg days idiot and busted out laughing he brought that on himself with his poor form too.

Both of the squat racks at my gym have horizontal bars to catch the weight if you go too low so you can bottom out if you have to. I'm more talking about people that think only going down an inch or two counts as a rep.
