its a ritual growing up for me and when i eat at my parents and have potatos. we wash and skin the potatos and then chop into 1 inch or so pieces and drop into a bowl that had olive oil and potato seasoning mix. mix them together and then bake for 25 minutes or so :)

at my parents in the midwest, my stepmother makes really tasty mashed potatos but i just always let her do her thing and justed helped with the dishes :cool:

Violet did this after I posted it and he told me in plug it was amazing lmao.

Still love the baked mashed potatoes.
