That's very possible, but if so, then that rate would have been the same no matter who you used. My point was, and is, that nobody, not even Ebay, can set VAT rates. Only the government can do that.

Currently wearing a black and white houndstooth sweater, a hummingbird skull choker, black skirt, black tights and maroon legwarmers and my pink monkey house slippers. (And soon it'll be TMNT pajamas)

It would, though personally I'd go with Lurching Flesh Vessel or something similar. (I just really enjoy the word "lurching")
