It's always my designated "around the house" shirt though. I don't leave the house in it. There's not really much you're gonna do in your house that's going to dirty a shirt.

I have clothes I only wear in the house too, it's the not washing them for months despite wearing them regularly bit I don't understand.

not sure i understand. i have shirts i wear around the house but i include them in my dirty laundry when im washing my clothes. why wouldn't you? it doesn't really require any added effort it's just 1 more shirt.

I am wondering if the guys who don't wash their 'round the house' clothing for months apply this to underwear and socks too...

I tend to just wash the clothes I need and leave the rest on the floor until the one day that I actually go, "Hey, maybe I should have a floor I can walk on."

ill wear the same pair of socks a few days in a row once and awhile but that's about it. can't imagine how clothes would smell after two months of not being washed.
