I actually barely ever buy any product with cow or pig meat. I eat it, but don't bother with it for my own daily food preparation.

I eat mackarel in tomato almost every day at lunch right now. It's easy to bring a can to work along with a slice of rye bread and a large tomato.

Love them tins as well. In barbecue sauce, teriyaki sauce, chilli sauce.
