I like Frown and Chula indeed does willingly and unwillingly provoke people with basically everything he posts, but yeah, I think Frown's behaviour is often kinda ****ty and not worthy of a mod.
I guess I don't care enough to start #downwithfrown-stuff though.

So here's the thing. We have always had mods who have goaded users and then tried to ban them for retaliating. Anybody remember Urban? Vanilla? Yeah? No? Literally always been an issue. It's just what happens when you A) get a bunch of personalities together and B) give some of them power.

The thing is, changing that kind of culture requires way more effort than anyone is willing to put into it. Accountability isn't fun. So we don't do it.

EDIT: I'm not commenting on Frown per se, because I haven't been around enough to notice the issue in question, I'm just talking about the behaviour in general.
