Real talk, go find an accredited Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu studio. You have the money. You're not in bad shape. It's weird, but having your ass handed to you really puts things in perspective. And they will use you like a $2 whore if you go in there with a bull-headed attitude. It's like fight club. You'll enjoy the beatings because you know it makes you a better man.
