@[MERIT] Do you think "Lizard People" is just a metaphor for unemotional people? (Reptiles are not known for emotion.) A study found one in five CEOs are psycopaths. Saying "lizard people" run the world could just mean that the ones in control are devoid of emotion and empathy.

No, I don't. You can make anything into a metaphor if you want. I see what you're getting at though, insinuating that the reptilian / less-evolved part of the brain might be over-active in some individuals, making them less empathetic. "Lizard people," to me, is more connotative of the bloodlines of advanced, evolved extraterrestrial or paraterrestrial reptilian species.
