If it’s about exploitation of power then it’s time, again, to consider what exploitation really is. What do people do for “a very powerful boss”?

The employee’s ENTIRE life is dictated by a schedule set by the boss. Be here at 7:30, be here at noon, do this tonight. Depressed? Parent died? Child died? Take a week. Another woman “willingly” cleans his **** stains out of his toilet everyday for decades. If we want to deal with exploitation let’s do it.
