Closest we've come so far was the Cedar Fire back in 2003. We were under voluntary evacuation orders, had packed the SUV with as much as we could, and had inventoried and taken pictures of everything left in the house for insurance purposes.

When it was over it looked like it had snowed outside. Everything was covered with a half inch of ash.

No, his point is obviously that the mass hysteria is an illogical overreaction since these laws didn't even exist until 2015 and we got along fine on the internet with out them. In fact, I doubt any of us even noticed a difference or even knew of their existence until this sudden surge of fear mongering.

2015 was when Obama's last regulations came out, but the government has had its hand in maintaining net neutrality since 2010.
