I’m glad this thread was a success

But **** did I have a ****ty night after making it. Drove home from work shortly after making the thread, tire blew out, next thing you know I’m out $150 and lost most of my night -_-

Of course you realise this is highly unlikely? He'll live to, at best, twenty years, and you must have another, what, eighty in you at least? Time's on your side, not his. I guess you could always reverse it, eat him when he dies. Maybe it's what he would want.

18 hours over a low temp smoke and then chopped up into 1" cubes and smoked for another 4-5 hours = killer Chula burnt ends.

Lots of BBQ sauce throughout the cook is a given.
