That would be really crazy news given that there are no MLB teams in Indiana.

Who knows? The point is, that no matter how much you want to pretend it wasn't, Jansz, it was huge news, all around the world. I watched Sky News the day after the title was won and I was amazed at how many languages it was being reported in, and how many cities, countries, places that you would think wouldn't give a curse about football.
It was big news because it was something that had never happened before and will in all likelihood never happen again.

I'm not pretending TH. It was not huge news over here, which I hasten to point out is actually part of the world. It's a pretty reasonable, based on the replies in this thread from other people outside the British Isles, to conclude that it's maybe not quite as big a story as you perceive it to be.
