Cold pizza is ****. It's just worse pizza and cold pizza sauce has no redeeming value. I mean it's edible and fine if you're lazy but it's a ****ing waste of pizza. Just stick it in the oven for a bit. (microwaved pizza is truly a crime against pizza)

And mushrooms on pizza is retarded. It tastes like nothing. Just get any other topping and at least it will be either as good or better or just interestingly worse.

I don't think any Danish pizza chefs subscribe to this idea. I saw it in some Youtube video. An Italian-American pizza chef who owned a restaurant was all about the sauce-only pizza and apparently it's an Italian thing.

I guess if the bread and sauce are both top notch, it could work.
