It's like musicbanter except nobody has any personality because everybody's just trying to bang out their homework and the only discussion that occurs are dead end agreement responses because everybody's trying to get credit for their 3 responses.

one computer class i had first semester made us comment on a article and wanted us to respond to two classmates. if its like yall say, and its like musicbanter, just maybe more professional, then i might be in for that. maybe try one class out at least i like the experience of being in class and listening to the professor though too, so theres that. feels more official

Aye, that's about the dumbest ****ing criteria you can have. 5 months of learning boiled down to 3 evaluations to test your understanding. I had a few courses like that.

That’s lazy af from a teaching standpoint

From kindergarten to doctoral, tracking student progress through regular assessment of understanding is a cornerstone of quality instruction without exception

yeah, others in the class were also pissed too and why i did so bad on the midterm in the first place and everyone did bad was because the midterm had surprise stuff and the stuff we learned wasnt even on it. im still heated over the fact my B- somehow turned into a C. the class should have had an assignment every two weeks or something to get a true understanding of where ya stood on the material being caught.

Actually I take back what I said

College doesn’t need a bunch of rinkidink assessments

I feel like college should be owned by the students, and they should design the classes since their the ones going to them and probably know what's best.
