What's Your Greatest Fear?
What do you think about, in those dark and lonely early hours before the sun comes up and you haven't been able to sleep? What's the thing that plays on your mind and worries you the most? What's the one thing you're really, really afraid of, and I don't mean spiders or people with bowler hats! Or, come to think of it, spiders with bowler hats.
No need to ask mine, you all know. Every day I live with the fear that I'm going to walk out that door and end up not coming back, and Karen will be left on her own. Scary ****. But that's me. What are your fears? inb4 anyone says "that TH makes another ****ty thread." :p: |
My final moments between being alive and then passing away, on my own and knowing what's coming. I am scared but also excited for it. Sometimes I will get very anxious and realise it is actually going to happen and then other times I think in the scheme of things it's not important and everyone will die so who cares.

Night terrors.
|
Sorry TH. I killed the thread.

Sex with Trollheart.
|
Getting to the point where Music Banter is a daily obsession.
Wait.... What..... (that, and sex with Trollheart) |
Wasting my limited time actually being alive is a top 10 fear for sure.
This is why I'm so picky about everything. Because I've realized time is precious and very, very limited. Ain't nobody got time for sub par music/games/movies. Unless they haven't really thought it through. I got out that pocket calculator and figured out roughly how many hours I probably have left to do things I want to do. It's a chilling wake up call. |
"Damn, I really need to spend the time I have left wisely."

MB is definitely in a tab at all times and when I'm done doing a thing on another tab I'll just reload it to see if any of my shitposts have gotten a response.

Anyways my biggest fears are becoming intellectually complacent and relapsing on pills. |
I don't have anything to contribute to mankind. I came to terms with that years ago.
|
You could be listening to ELO right now
|
Quote:
If I was gonna play along, what is the most amazing ELO album ever? Please don't say Eldorado. I've heard that one already. |

Time is cool but too corny.
Check out I Robot by Alan Parsons instead. |

Ew, Alan Parsons Project? That's like telling a thirsty man to suck the moisture out of a camel's asshole instead of chugging the cool glass of ELO water right in front of them.

Time is my favourite album of theirs.
But Mr. Blue Sky is probably my favourite song. |

Time is definitely top five, but Out of the Blue kicks everything's arse. Also El Dorado and Secret Messages. Fight me. |

See a doctor?
|
[Edit]
I know a doctor could help. Just not into the idea. |
Don't mistake my post for a "cry for help" btw. Its not intended that way. I mostly couldnt care less. That's life.

ffs. should've just not bothered. i was simply expanding what i know as a pretty enormous fear. i don't really sit around and think about it every day. it's just my life.
|
You admitted a doctor would help.
|
Well yeah. Would a doctor not help?

Being stuck without a job or place to live. After having been homeless for two and a half years and simultaneously gotten caught up with my family's capacity for callousness its really clicked with me that I need to work harder at building a future for myself lest I will die in a gutter.
