hey this dude on my favorite show does it. it was already half of what ive had going on for a few years. so just a small change to make my main meal fruits and veggies. i think i can do it. :baseball:

its going good so far. im full after two small meals of carrots and two apples.150calories each meal :) :tramp: i think after the 3rd small meal ill be full.

if i can train myself to eat these small meals and no more than 5 a day, ill slowly add in stuff. like a banana. a banana is around 100 calories, shoot a candy bar is only 200. so two bananas and thats a candy bar :o: so i decided to leave out bananas from the meals, that would be 500 extra calories from bananas

Fad diets tend to lose you weight but aren't really healthy in the longrun.

That being said, Bats never struck me as a dietary expert.

no.

God gave us one body bro :beer: trying to live a better life. i cut out alcohol years ago and now just gotta cut down ice cream. it seems i find something to fill my sugar at night void with something else. it went from granola bars to ice cream. just have to learn to live without :o:

no more fat kid food, just ...just veggies and fruit :)
