Well yeah but I'm not rationalizing it. My work should not be open because we are not in fact essential, just a convenience that the populace isn't willing to let go of and the establishment probably gets kickbacks from to make sure we're called essential.

If they threaten you for insisting they wear a mask they win even they they’re increasing the likelihood of actually killing people. But if you threaten a person for not wearing a mask which is life-threatening negligence you will go to jail.

India is up to 1400 counted deaths which is just slightly more than the state of Florida

Incredibly Florida is being touted as a success

Infections and deaths aren’t even on a decline but since the beach is open I guess we won

Never mind that the nursing homes and prisons have been ravished with new cases over the last couple weeks

People are like how did we beat it compared to NY. As if it’s not obviously just a matter of time. They’ve had it longer. People’s ability to deny is just incredible. 100 dead at a single nursing home in NY but somehow that’s not waiting for us in Florida even though we’re still working our way up exponentially and opening up the economy.

And NY itself. People just chilling at the park. Whatever dude. Sorry grandma. Wait until your blood clots you selfish ****s. This **** has so got a round two.
