I'm sorry to hear you've been so unlucky, Frownland: getting covid twice, with the second one being so severe. I know from past experience that fainting is most unpleasant - mainly the minutes before when you feel all strength and energy draining out of your body :(

Hope you improve quickly now, and take care with protections. Here where I live everyone wears a mask in public buildings & transport, the obligations being set by the companies, I believe, with a foot-operated gel dispenser at most entrances. Pedestrians and car drivers, maybe 80% of people are masked.
