I got that in the mail last week. It's a system that needs diagnostics and that was the original tape that it shipped with back in 2016.

For just a bit more you could have a much better machine. Just a thought. The Lenovo you're looking at seems decent though, and I've used Lenovo's exclusively for our RTD systems for a while, since they were dirt cheap as refurbished machines. I usually have a stack of them next to my desk.

... Just bought a 256 GB one for about 30 bucks lol. Storage has become insanely cheap.

Yeah I know it's better to store your OS on but once again that's not a deal breaker to me personally. Yeah it boots faster but what else? My laptop is fast enough for what I need it for.
