And then I realized... like I was shot... like I was shot with a diamond... a diamond bullet right through my forehead. And I thought: My God... the genius of that.

Last film I went to see was Date Movie. It was funny because it was ****. It was a load of random stuff piled into what was labelled as a 'film'. Go and see it if you want, but only if you go with a big group of friends.

I had to endure that fegging 50 cent film the other day.
AND I had to pay for it.
And it had to be in french, nonetheless.

But eh, tonight, seeing saw 1&2. Im slow on the uptake and havent seen em before.

They are both brilliant, although they are different from each other. For me, Saw 1 was better. But that's just me. You should watch them, I can't believe you haven't SAW them yet!

Last night there was an episode of South Park on that was taking the piss out of the way everyone handled the New Orleans situation. One line from the show;

Newsreader: Let's go live to our source in Beaverton (the place that was flooded) Ken Thomas. Ken, what is going on down there?

Reporter: Well Jim I can tell you that it is horrible. The floods are huge and there is looting, raping and shooting going on all over the place.

Newsreader: Really? You've seen people looting, raping and shooting?

Reporter: No I'm just reporting it.

Sorry but that was just a really funny line from the show and I think that it basically summed up the way the press handled the situation. Anyway, back on topic, the episode also made lots of references to the film Day After Tomorrow (it was an old episode which MTV broadcast as being new) and luckily, just after I watched the episode The Day After Tomorrow was on another channel. I watched it and some of the references the show had made to the stupidity of the film was hilarious when you look back. Like in one scene, just after Jake Gyllenhall (sp?) had been on the boat with the wolves to get some food, him and his one friend are carrying his other friend back into the library. As they are running, Ice is chasing them. How can ice chase you? It freezes the corridor they are running along, and nearly gets to them but they manage to get into a room and then close the door. And then amazingly, the snow stops following them. South Park do a take on this where the civilians are shouting "Oh no! Global Warming has got me!" And they fall to the floor and start rolling around, as if they are dying.

That was pretty pointless telling you all that but I found it funny....
