The Brothers Karamazov

I got about 200 pages into this a few years back, and then lost track of it. I'm starting again, 80 pages in so far and it's brilliant. Definitely going to finish it this time. I hope...

Anyone know if Heart-Shaped Box was ever released in hardcover? 'Cause I woul really like to get a copy.
