from what i've read he refuses to speculate a release date....so it'll be a while before the 6th book comes out

it's funny i really hated book 4 till a little over half through it....and although the 5th book is in fact much like the 4th....as in centered on three or four characters.....and TONS of new characters....i felt that book 4 kind of geared me up for it

i finished The Gunslinger and actually liked it more than it thought i would....going to purt aside the series to read this....which a friend suggested and said the main character reminds her of me when i was teenager.....should be good

I've only read one novel this summer, so I need a recommendation for something that really grabs you by the balls and pounds on your head until you're begging for more like the little bitch that you are.

Nah, I've pretty much disregarded the glossary in favour of my own pronounciations. After 5 books, I'm not going to change them, and it's not harming anything to continue not to care.

I find this very well written. Only at chapter 2 but his articulation and command over the language has been excellent.

Just bought it on the kindle. It could go either way, but I'm hoping its as interesting as it sounds.

Couldn't help but think of...

Like that's a compliment. 'He speaks so well' is not a compliment, okay? 'He speaks so well' is some **** you say about retarded people that can talk. What do you mean he speaks so well? He's a ****ing educated man! How the **** did you expect him to sound, you dirty mother****er? 'He speaks so well.' What are you talking about? What voice were you expecting to come out of his mouth? 'Imma drop me a bomb today', 'I be Pwez o dent!'."
