Red Dwarf: Infinity Welcomes Careful Drivers by Grant Naylor

Definitely worthy to carry the Red Dwarf name. While it does mainly follow the plot of the first season, there's quite a bit more added such as how Lister wound up on the titular Red Dwarf mining ship. It's also quite a bit darker than the show, going a little more into detail of Lister's mental state after he finds out he's the last man alive.

If you're a fan of the show, I would highly recommend picking up the books.

Gravity's Rainbow

Well I decided to give this one a go because I'm pretentious and I hear this book is too, so we already have that in common. It doesn't seem too bad so far (I've been writing down characters as they come, because I hear that's one of the more difficult elements of the novel), but we'll see how far I get. If anything, I can just sit back and soak in the beautiful language.

I'm slowly going through my collection of e-books at the moment, and this particular novel is ****ing amazing so far.

Good luck. If you make it through you are a better man than I.

Last two books are some of my favourites from two writers I really adore. Nice choices!
