Is it funny?

Mondo Bungle 01-02-2018 02:16 PM

I guess

I just googled it, I was thinking that it was comedian David Mitchell, not author David Mitchell who is apparently a different person.

Mondo Bungle 01-02-2018 02:18 PM

it's kinda funny but not comedy

Terry Pratchett: The Colour of Magic (1983)

Used the read bits and pieces of the Discworld series when I was a kid.

Particularly Soul Music, Interesting Times & Carpe Jugulum.

Absolutely loved them and wanted to start the whole series from the beginning for ages.

Now's a better time than any I guess.

Superb. I picked it up when I was way younger and was instantly hooked, Became a fan of Pratchett and Discworld over night. Also got into Craig Shaw Gardner, Tom Holt, Dan McGirt, John Morressey, Piers Anthony, Fritz Leiber, Robert Asprin, Glen Cook and any other comic fantasy writers I could get my hands on. Pratchett still rules though. You seen the TV adaptation?
