Well, my memory is awful so I have no recollection of that one (although I do seem to have read it and rated it as 2/5). I've read Hyperion, which I really liked, Fall of Hyperion, which was a bit disappointing, then Ilium which I found so terrible and off-putting that I stopped looking into this guy altogether.

I think Hyperion borders on horror, but speaking of Dune, I am just now reading it for the first time and so far so great. Very cinematic, reads like a screenplay. I think I read two, then stopped, no particular reason. But I think the first was so different that it was going to be hard to follow it up.

Reading both of these books for the second time now.
  • "The 48 laws of power" by Robert Greene
  • "Keep Calm And Carry On" by Mark A. Reinecke
Started "Mastery" by Robert Greene, stopped, and went to these two at the same time just one chapter each at a time.

I am taking photos of the pages each chapter at a time and reading on the phone. I read "The 48 laws of power" before but it was years ago and I have changed. Already read "Keep Calm And Carry On" also but just feel it's worth reading again.
