Excellent choice :) Probably my favourite fantasy series ever, although definitely not for everyone. I just started reading Toll the Hounds.

What do you think?

Feel free to PM me and discuss the book if you like.

I'm worried that reading some belligerent self-assured atheist would drive me to Christianity. I would recommend this very strongly as an interesting counterpoint:

Lev Shestov - Athens and Jerusalem - Part IV,1

I liked it. It seems like most people think Dawkins is too one-sided, but I agree with most, if not all, of what he had to say. I like the way it's written. The arguments against religion are effective and based in logic, and were easily understandable. I might PM you and discuss it sometime in the next few days. I'm way too busy with school for a few days at the moment, but Christmas break is starting this weekend.

I'm not going to lie, I found that to be very confusing. It was interesting though, I'll read it over at least a few more times. I don't quite get the point the author is trying to make.
