Has anybody read Until I Find You (J. Irving)?

I love it. I'm an Irving fan but for me this is even better than usual. It seems kind of like it's being considered some of his "later, less important work" but I think it's as good as anything.

Until I Find You bored me to tears. I never managed to get through it. I hear his new book isn't so hot either. I'm ready for something mind blowing from Mr. Irving, once again.

I agree, Last Night in Twisted River isn't as good though

Actually, I did read The Fourth Hand. I liked it at the time but I had totally forgotten about it. I remember thinking the main character is an unlikeable dick. I know that's like most of his main characters but this guy is especially annoying. I like captured lions biting off humans' arms though. I definitely like that idea.

Just picked this puppy up at the used book store down the street. I think it might be postmodern and I've been in a postmodern mood lately so I bought it. End of story.

^ Being the Silent Hill fan I am, I picked up all five issues the other day upon hearing that they're only comic books of the franchise that don't suck hard. Gotta say, the hype I've seen around the Sinner's Reward series here is totally deserved.

I love Stephen King. I've read Carrie, Pet Semetary, and Salem's Lot. All brilliant.

Currently reading the second book in the Sword of Truth series by Terry Goodkind. Awesome.
