i didn't really like the whole "going back to the roots" approach, I think it only picked up steam with Peter David joining and with a whole new team roster.

anyways, back to the REAL X-Factor talk.

Beast is definitely my favorite. Hell, he's my favorite in the X-men universe as well followed up closely by Gambit on that side.

Blue is my favorite color, I love that he has strength and Intelligence. What a great combo to have.

This is what they are all like, in my opinion. They aren't talent contests as such the way I see it, they are popularity contests. Or you have to have something about you, a quality or a look that people are drawn to, something that makes you stand out. Or just be so amazingly bad that people have a twisted interest in you.

I was having a conversation recently about who WOULDN'T want to be Gambit - insanely lucky, with the apbility to throw cards with deadly accuracy, among other skills. He's totally awesome.

AND on top of all of that cool stuff he gets with Rogue....the real one not the stupid one from the movies. I hated when they did that.

Rogue wasn't clueless or maybe I don't remember her being that way.

I remember from the cartoon that she was pretty smart except for certain occassions.

I prefer the as you say "slutty" version.

I don't like Anna's version of Rogue because they decided to lowered her age is the main reason but of course you would like her because you are all about "innocent virginal" girls or w/e it's what you are into.
