God Sonic is annoying in this. Samus totally pwns by the way. DK isn't anywhere near as cheap thank god. I love Pikachu even more!

Well, I haven't played 64 in a long time, I need to pick up and play that one again.

Haven't played DS.

I certainly prefer Double Dash over the first Mario Kart and Super Circuit.

I like all of the Mario Karts, even DD since there was driver-specific weapons and co-op grand prixs. I remember reallly enjoying the one GBA, i think that may be my fave.

I think Jim would be a sweet choice, even though he has no chance of ever appearing in a Smash game, but looking back on it, so do most of those I put on the poll.

Of the 3rd party characters I really think should have been in Brawl, it would be Mega Man, Pac Man, Bomberman and Geno, add that with Snake and Sonic and you have Konami, Sega, Capcom, Namco, Hudson Soft and Square Enix. The 6 3rd party companies that are closest with Nintendo.

Ryu would be sweet, but as far as I'm concerned, if its Capcom, its GOTTA be Mega Man.

Yeah. I'm really surprised Pac Man didn't make it. People who say Pac Man dosen't have any moves to make a moveset forget that he's appeared in a lot of games beyond just the classic arcade game. He's been in a fair share of platformers where he was given many different abilities, such as spinning, bouncing, spitting out pellets and using a slingshot and hang glider among other things.

I think Bomberman really deserved to be in this game. He's appeared in several crossover games before, and interestingly enough he was in a crossover game with Wario called Wario Blast: Featuring Bomberman. He was also in a Japanase crossover fighting game called DreamMix TV World Fighters which featured characters from Konami, Hudson Soft and the Takara toyline. Snake was also a character in that game. So having Bomberman fight with Wario and Snake once again would have been great.

Mega Man is self explainatory. Hes been with Nintendo since the beginning, and though he is now multiplatform, its hardly debatable that his best games were on Nintendo systems. The Mega Man series is kinda in a stump right now, the "true" Mega Man hasn't been in that many games in the past 10 years. He needs to make some kind of comeback.

As for my choice of Geno. Well yeah, he is an odd choice. I mean why ignore Chrono, Sora, Cloud, Black Mage and many other eligable Square-Enix characters for a second banana character from a game that wasn't even a real commercial success? Well I think its because Geno even though hes a 3rd party character, hes still a part of the Mario universe. And because Mario RPG is a cult classic game with many Mariomaniacs, it makes him a popular choice for Nintendo fans. Plus he was like second place in that Japanese poll Nintendo did, after Sonic. So Nintendo did kinda owe it to the fans to at least try and get Geno for the game, and according to rumors they actually did try to negotiate with Squre-Enix over the rights to use the character but it didn't fall through.
