Ugh Waking Life is the most pretentious and annoying movie I think I've ever seen -- withstanding only What the Bleep Do We Know.

I thought it was rather good...even if I didn't understand all of it...

It's called rotoscoping. The technique was first used in the animated version of THE LORD OF THE RINGS. Richard Linklater is an infuriating director , capable of equally banal and brilliant films.

Pervert! the soft-porn story of a monster penis, cursed by a shaman that detaches itself from it's cursed owner and ****s women to death. With random scenes of boobs thrown in just for fun.

This film disturbed me.

Old boy purely for the plot. And I'm not going to spoil it for anyone, just watch it.
I wouldn't say the other two In the trilogy were anywhere near as good.

Yeah, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas was what first popped into my head when I saw this. Serial Mom was really bizarre. Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 was very bizarre and very horrible. Parents is a weird creepy movie. I guess it's not trippy, though. Natural Born Killers comes to mind because the cast and crew apparently actually tripped while filming this.
Also, I didn't see anyone mention:
Pi
The Wall
The Yellow Submarine
Good thread: I like trippy movies & music as well.
Uh nevermind, everyone already mentioned all of those, let me also say this very weird horror series The Toxic Avenger movies-very bizarre and so bad it's funny
