State of Play.

Seems like a good movie, would like to comment more on it but I fell asleep about halfway through! Goes to show you how exciting it is at least.

yesterday i watched back to the future part 1 - they don't make movies like this anymore lol

also watched zombieland, wasn't expecting much from it so i was pleasantly surprised.

I remember watching that movie when I was 8, and all I can remember from it is about a man that killed his wife and named his children "Jesus" and "Mary". Plus other scenes with black people fucking.However, this movie did stay with me, and always wondered what that fuckin movie's all about, other than Jesus playing basket ball.

So I watched that movie today, 11 years later, and weirdly enough I remember all the scenes of that movie. I just got to understand the whole story behind them today.
Great Spike Lee movie, tho would've been better without the whole slow-motion father and son scenes and never ending violins weeping.

That was an amazing movie. It took me by surprise how they did the monsters but I thought it was fantastic.

Just remembered that I saw this one last year, a really great movie.
I need to see it again, as I was too tired then to concentrate and understand all the second and third degree meanings of the film.

I just got home from seeing Brothers about 2 hours ago.

It was fantastic,
but it left me with a really bad feeling going home.
Maybe sad? I'm not quite sure.

As the PC has been out of action I have watched a couple of movies in the evening:

Such a quiet unassuming band but it doesn't dig as deep as I wanted it too.

Made for TV bunkum. Nine strangers in a house only one gets out. not overly graphic or particularly awful- it's not that great either.

Cheesy nonsense upped a notch by half decent direction and the always reliable Kurt Russell.

Third time for this. Despite the opening 20 minutes cliched ridden voiceover and hyper editing, this film settles down really well with a great ensemble cast to a tense finish. Quality low budget UK movie.
