I assumed people would read between the lines, obviously I was mistaken.

British and American films are all I watch.

Well Full Metal Jacket was pretty awesome, and full of great lines. Fast Times was fun enough, not amazing or anything but for a watch with some friends, pretty good.

I don't watch foreign films except for American films, I felt that would've been pointing out the obvious.. Since American made films are the most predominant.

He doesn't watch movies in a language other than English. Happy?

Some great acting and a unique concept/script, but I still got kinda bored. Mediocre...

I enjoyed The Talented Mr Ripley from start to finish, although it's a little disjointed in places it's a gripping story line.

How did you get bored?

My favorite among the many:

Door Gunner: Git some! Git some! Git some, yeah, yeah, yeah! Anyone who runs, is a VC. Anyone who stands still, is a well-disciplined VC! You guys oughta do a story about me sometime!
Private Joker: Why should we do a story about you?
Door Gunner: 'Cuz I'm so ****in' good! I done got me 157 dead ****s killed. Plus 50 water buffalo, too! Them's all confirmed!
Private Joker: Any women or children?
Door Gunner: Sometimes!
Private Joker: How can you shoot women or children?
Door Gunner: Easy! Ya just don't lead 'em so much! Ain't war hell?

I just saw this:

I gotta say, I was impressed. The story-line was awesome, the acting was perfect, and the ending was perfect. I usually don't get into period movies but the story was the driving point.
I couldn't find much wrong with this one, aside from the realism aspect... but it's not supposed to be a realistic movie. It's multi-layered and shines a light on realistic things in regard to motive and such.

My favorite scene is probably the mob scene near the end. It's quite epic.

P.S... if you're offended by nudity, then don't watch this. Heh...

Exactly, great movie.

Definitely would recommend to anyone who hasn't seen it. Glad you enjoyed it, I've always found Patrick Bateman to be one of the most well transferred characters from book to film of all time.
