The Ring is probably the last horror movie that I can remember to actually scare me to the point where I had to watch it during the day and even so. I was still a bit jumpy watching it.

The Elephant Man-one of the best films I've ever seen.Hurt and Hopkins are terrific in their roles, and Lynch does a brilliant job of realising a sort of Victorian dystopia.

I wish we had the option of just liking posts without having to say something about it.

So here I go:

This has to be the most disturbing film I've ever seen. There are still images of little girls coming out of TV screens in my head, add the fact that I was watching this DVD in the early hours of this morning.

Watch the original Japanese version Ringu, it's far better and way more creepy. I find the American remake a bit meh.

This movie didn't scare me at all. In fact, I fell asleep half way through

the only bit which scared me was the horses rustling in the darkness, for some strange reason

yeah ghost movies are usually the worst in terms of going for fright factor.

I wonder if that's similar to the American version

Spoiler for Shutter Spoiler:
Does the guy at the end have a hunchback because this girl that he raped is haunting him and she sits on his back?
