Kanye maybe. he's got that confidence and the sh*t he says it's so outrageous he's never boring but Ryan goslin is a baby faced pansy and Donald Glover is a pity f*ck at best.

Qwertyy is clearly too straight to know how to be attracted to men.

I really enjoyed seeing Auschwitz being ripped apart. And the nukes floating off into space.

That movie lost me when...

Spoiler for spoilers:
Magneto goes to the plant to kill those guys, and Apocalypse just randomly shows up and kills them first. This big emotional moment that the movie had been building up to just becomes a "Look how dastardly this bad guy is!" moment.

And that was the last time in the entire movie that Magneto was a real character and not just Apocalypse's boring lackey. The perfect example of how Sony consistently squanders perfectly awesome characters for boring, two-dimensional plot devices.

I'm not saying it wasn't flawed. The writing was cringe-worthy a few times. The deliverance of the "Don't stop me from killing these men" line was just excruciatingly painful.

Spoiler for more spoilers:
Let's see... terrible villain who did absolutely nothing but whisper for the entire movie, complete casting failure for the new Cyclops, Jean, and Nightcrawler, a lack of proper screen time to become emotionally invested in these new characters, the increasingly cheesy Mystique fanfiction subplot, the best scene in the movie was a retread of the Quicksilver scene from Days of Future Past that was also completely irrelevant to the plot, and why the **** was Storm even in this movie?

I'd say that's more than just flawed.

Had a quiet night to myself. Just watched Darren Aronofsky's Pi for the first time since I was a teen - what a fantastic film. Now playing the equally awesome soundtrack, (love me some Clint Mansell). And while I listen, it seems fitting to re-read Arthur C. Clarke's The Nine Billion Names of God.

It's that sort of evening.

Love that movie! It was actually the first of his that I saw, simply by finding it on Netflix and going into it knowing absolutely nothing about what I was about to see. Blew my mind on my first watch, and even after three or four viewings, I still find myself picking up on new things each time.
